Use you Brain to elongate your Cell-by-Date

Our thoughts, minute-by-minute, are playing a significant role in the way our body is behaving. The parasympathetic/sympathetic nervous system cannot tell the difference between something that is powerfully visualized and something real. Image this: you sleepily walk in the bedroom, and mistake the cord of your dressing gown for a snake. You know what happens next! You jump out of your skin and run out of the bedroom. You stand on the landing, shaking like a half-blind one-day-old puppy. Eventually, you build up the nerve to creep back in the bedroom and look down at the carpet. You think, what a fool I’ve been – it’s not a snake lying on the floor, it’s the cord of my dressing gown.

Let’s zoom in on this with the camera lens – let’s analyze what just happened. Isn’t it true; to say we just completely fooled our nervous system by telling it we have a snake in the bedroom and cajoled our body to turn on the fight-or-flight response? When you jumped out of your skin at the sight of the snake, your body received an avalanche of biological chemicals that came together to give you the best shot of escaping the immediate danger.

Look at what the power suggestion can do!

When we see and when we think it produces corresponding chemicals in our body – obviously not in such a dramatic way as when coming up against immediate danger. Negative/positive thoughts create matching chemicals. For instance, you might negatively respond to a person you dislike before he has even opened his mouth because a negative response to the individual automatically rises to the surface of your consciousness. Through inner discourse, we continuously manipulate our bodily functions and the distribution of our bodily chemicals.

But aren’t we supposed to have free will? Isn’t having the ability to be able to think for ourselves and act out our desires the features that intellectually puts us above all other species on this planet?  Yes, this is true. Yet we don’t seem that much in control over ourselves. The brain is a computer, and all through life, we have programmed it to carry out regular operations we undertake, and we have programmed it to think for us when we are not consciously thinking. Our brain has limitless memory capacity. Whatever your age, if you want to learn how to speak and write French and Russian, and are willing to put in the time to program your brain with these two languages, then your personal biological computer will gladly accommodate the new information.

We have the power to program the brain with new thinking patterns and commands that will subsequently change bodily functioning and chemical distributions. Many moons ago, I decided to create some mind exercises in the hope that I might achieve some responses in the body to my work. I designed mind exercises to trick the nervous system in the same way you tricked your nervous system when you thought you saw a snake lying on the bedroom carpet. I decided to tell my brain and endocrine system by way of a repeated statement that ‘I am 7 years old, happy and healthy’. I started to see and feel responses to my work. I looked younger and felt younger. People who had no idea I worked on a mind program made comments about how young and healthy I looked. At the time of starting on my adventure, I regularly attended a self-help group – ‘Cancer Link’ – and many of the people attending this group either had cancer or were in remission and enjoyed many alternative therapies: meditation, guided imagery, aromatherapy, hand-on-healing, etc.  Many individuals in the self-help group were more than eager to allow me to put them on my mental exercise program. The positive results were staggering. I have included in the last chapter of this book some testimonials.

Spurred on by my responses and the cancer patients’ responses to the mental exercises, I have developed a comprehensive program designed to give you back some of your youthfulness and natural health.

Isn’t it time for you to rediscover the child within?

Why not take the opportunity to download my book: ‘Use your Brain to elongate your Cell-by-Date’ free of charge. It is on a special offer for four days.

Guided imagery: The Golden Waterfall

By regularly taking 20 minutes out to entrust some time in Guided Imagery you will light up your brain with such an intense power that it can’t help but make a massive comet-like impact on your mental / physical health. The power of visualization can never be overestimated. Willpower can be knocked clean out with one cold slam of a punch by images strongly visualized. You are a King, Master of your own World/Universe when you can imagine what you want in life. Practise seeing imagery in your head every minute of the day in order to become the ruler of your Golden Domain. You could have it all – it lies there latent, like ripe oranges ready for the pickings, but many off us leave the fruits of life to wither and drop from the tree and then our chances of greatness has fallen by the wayside. Do as I say, and add a new dimension to your life – don’t accept the dull mundane reality we think we have to live – there so much more!

The Golden Waterfall

I walk down a shadowy path lined with tall pines trees. The strong scent of pine and high-pitched bird calls fill the air. Early morning mist seeps through thick tree foliage, bestowing light and shade to the woody path. The silence, apart from natural sounds, is peaceful. I feel safe and content in a world of my own where no one can disturb me. I come to an iron gate, open it, walk through it, and shut it behind me. I stand before a glorious wheat field with feathery stalks of corn dancing in a light breeze. I stroll through the yellow field, spotting field mice, buzzing bees, yellow wags, and butterflies; the chalky moon nestles in a deep-blue sky. Hazy sunbeams lightly warm my shoulders. A lush green meadow, mottled with scarlet poppies, glossy buttercups, innocent gold-buttoned daisies, and lucky clover, tantalizingly lies beyond the wheat field.

I remove my sandals and walk with my soles pressed upon the dew-soaked turf. Wet blades of grass tickle my feet. A surge of outdoor energy bolts upwards from out of the ground, through my toes, and up, up, and up through the channels of my body to the white-purple auric crown; Earth’s subtle electrical currents invigorates my store of nerve endings, producing a swell of childlike vitality. I arrive at the hilltop, and with a great sigh, admire the perspective. I walk on…
I arrive at a beautiful golden waterfall. Angels fly and bathe in a turquoise mind-scented pool, with a bubbly surface, at the foot of the falls. The sound of the cascading water is soothing; minty water sprays my face…

The spirit-pulling lure of the magical pool leads me down some steps, carefully trodden to the poolside with the aid of angels delicately holding my hands. I becomes weightless as I immerse my body in the lightly heated perfumed water; angles bathe, dive, splash, and play. Soon my incredible journey will take another twist…

Two celestial beings take hold of my hands and fly with me up to the crest of the transparent waterfall. My view of the pouring turquoise chute has me trapped in a mesmeric stupor for a few seconds. So magnificent! The open winged seraphs escort me, as we glide down the face of the golden curtain. On my descent, I see deceased loved ones, smiling at me from behind the veil of gold.  I am imbued with the knowledge that beyond this life cycle there lies another world of beauty and wonder. Where pain and suffering is non-existent. I cherish the thought of knowing I will see my loved ones again in a perfumed garden.

On my return to the pool I am psychically made aware that by immersing my body in the gifted water, I shall receive healing on all levels: Spirit / Mind / Body. I allow by body to effortlessly float on the surface of the pool, and bask in the sunlight; I relax to such a degree I lose all sense of my body; I am, as it were, simply Spirit. I feel it is time for me to leave the parasitical site; I call to the angels to help me exit the pool via the steps I entered it. I thank the haloed beings for giving me the wonderful glimpse of the life that is beyond this life cycle, and say my goodbyes. I retrace my steps over the meadow, through the bloodshot wheat field and back up the pine scented path. I arrive at the place where I set out on my inner journey. I come to my wakeful senses. I tell myself I am going to return to the material plane.

Inner Master Routine – The Crane

Inner Master Guided Routines

Inner master Guided Routines are spontaneous movements that you can allow to come through your mind and body via you inner guide / higher self, or, as I describe in my book, ‘The Inner Master’. For most of the time, we move in mechanical ways, and only occasionally divert from our set patterns, i.e., you have your hands full of kiddies’ toys, so you improvise and kick a kid’s ball to the other side of the room where all the toys are kept. In a way, Guided Routines are similar to improvising, only we are asking our higher self to guide the improvised movements. These movement spontaneously flow through the spirit, mind and body.

Try this little exercise: move your arm up and down, left and right, while you keep the limb totally relaxed. Don’t tell the arm what to do. Just let it move and explore the air. This is what I call spontaneous movements. Practise this exercise, and routines will come through. Watch and go with the routines, do not force the issue. If you find you have what you feel is a significant spontaneous routine, however big or small, write the movements down. Write about how you felt during and after the routine. Practise the routine as often as time will allow. Practise ‘The Crane’ to give you the feel of new spontaneous movements. The routines should be practised in almost slow motion style.

I stand to attention (feeling calm and relaxed) and ask my Inner Master to guide my body. I am so thankful for being so fortunate enough to have had some wonderful guided routines come through to me using this method. I inhale and move my arms and wait for my Inner Master’s energy to flow through me. On this occasion, I asked, ‘Dear Inner Master, please guide my mind and body.’ I received this amazing routine.

Stand upright with arms at the sides, and breathe freely. Imagine your arms are the powerful wings of a Crane. Outstretch your wings to shoulder height. Prepare to mimic a Crane’s huge wings in flight motion. Smoothly lift your outstretched arms (wings) as high as they will go and then lower them to the knees. Repeat this operation. Smoothly inhale on up strokes and exhale on down strokes. Your downy wings are longer than your arms therefore you can give a few extra inches to the rise and fall of your wing strokes. While in the standing position take a couple of minutes to get the feel of your wing motions.

Now you are going to take off; once airborne, try to feel the sensation of flying. Fly high into the sunset, soaring over evergreen forests and snow-capped mountains. The air is fresh against your cheeks. If you feel your arms (wings) aching, keep them outstretched, without upward and downwards strokes, and ride the thermals. (Enjoy the amazing sensation of gliding for a couple of minutes.)

When you are ready, make your descent and swoop in to land in shallow water; join other cranes as they peck for fish and worms. Practise standing on one leg while flapping your wings in the classic crane posture.  Finally, peck your upper plumage clean. Imagine your chin is a long beak and pecking across the clavicles and the top and back of the shoulder blades. Be sure not to overstretch your neck.

The first time I experienced ‘The crane routine’, I felt astronomically light… so light that I fancied I could physically fly!  The ‘crane routine’ develops powerful lungs. You can perform this exercise while standing or sitting down.

The crane Alternative 1 (Absent healing)

Absent healing is the art of sending healing to a patient in a far-off place. Patients have felt relief from severe pain and anxiety at the time a healer (perhaps on the other side of the world) sent healing energies. If you would like to send healing energies to a relative, or friend, then the ‘The Crane’ is an ideal carrier for healing energies. Try to visualise flying across land and sea to the place where the patient lies, enter the patient’s sickroom, and inhale on up strokes and exhale on down strokes of the wings, sending healing to the recipient.

The crane (Tip)

Picture an angel’s soft downy wings to help you visualize the downy feathers of your long wide wings. See your long red beak and puffed out chest and pure white downy plumage. Observe your small black eyes and try viewing through them. To get the sensation of flying your might recall how you felt on a plane during take-off. Using fine detail in this way really brings the images you want to life.

If you would like to try some more exercises similar to ‘The Crane’ you might like to take a look at my book which is available on Amazon.

Revitalise Your Life Through Absurdity Therapy

What have you seen, heard, or touched today, that you have never encountered in your life before? You will be hard-pressed to come up with an answer. This is because the well of new things to see and do gradually runs dry as we get older. A ‘first’ (a virginal sight of sound, etc.) is like a rare butterfly sighting. But this can all be changed, for we have an amazing power-tool called the imagination. By using the imagination we can invent, create, even lie to ourselves and discover ‘firsts’ (novel sensory inputs).

Why Should I Want to Invent or Create?

The brain is jogged by a major event – something new and/or absurd. Children live in a world of absurdity, they have yet to see and know it all; for them, there still exists skeletons in cupboards, fairies at the bottom of the garden, and Santa Claus in Lapland! This newness, ‘firsts’, is unlike normal brain energy; general run-of-the-mill brain stuff doesn’t require extra attention, but absurdity does. An unidentifiable idea enters the brain and has no friends (matching data); it is an absurd/new concept. Your eyes can hardly keep up with children playing in a playground because they are full to the brim with biological energy. Children, because all is because all is new/absurd to them, ceaselessly convert virginal sensory input into energy. The more energy the child expends the more the body reproduces. The child perpetually sees new, and burns energy to leave room for more newness.

Raw Cosmic Energy

If you create a song, poem, or picture, you are using raw cosmic energy. A planet, man, animal, or plant, all came into being through the manipulation of raw cosmic energy. Raw cosmic energy is latent substance, which when manipulated in a certain way creates life, objects, or whatever. 1,000 years ago there was no such thing as an aeroplane. Since then many people have manipulated raw cosmic energy (in the form of mental energy) and converted it into physical reality. A little child is channelling raw cosmic energy incessantly, because all is new and unknown. Try this little mind exercise so that you can get a taste of this novel stimulus.

Natural Born Creator

Do you know that you are a natural born creator? As a child you had no trouble bringing a toy soldier to life and sending it off to war, or believing that your doll was real and needed motherly love. Let yourself go and allow your childlike imagination to take the reins. Think the most illogical things that you can, then incessantly repeat these illogical ideas within the brain. The brain will electrify with pure cosmic energy. It is what the brain yearns for but rarely gets. That is why the brain becomes sluggish; it likes new stuff, not the old and dull that occupies every minute of the day. No wonder the brain reacts to absurdity by filling your heart with gladness and your veins with childlike energy, for the brain is reborn, consciously reborn by you, the higher self.

You Have Created an Absurdity – Here’s How to Squeeze the Lemon

Prepare for meditation in the careful way you always do and bring your absurdity to the foreground of your mind, for instance: ‘An octopus playing basketball’.

See the weird creature juggling the ball between eight sinewy tentacles; imagine the super speed that he could bounce the ball using each of his slippery arms. In your mind’s eye create a game for ten minutes using the octopus dribbling and spinning the ball amongst the other tall lanky basketball players helplessly trying to get back the ball. Give the eight-armed star a face and a name; he must become real to your senses. Perhaps you brushed past him in your attempts to recapture the ball; imagine how wet and slippery he must feel. He would smell of the sea and fish, and on the rare occasion you hold the ball it has all these sea elements on its surface.

Absurdities rekindle childlike patterns throughout the brain and body; in terms of sense datum the practitioner’s biological clock immediately rewinds. In the next example it is possible to activate and witness sensorimotor activation: ‘Imagine that you have two invisible limbs, such as two extra arms’.

Imagine that you have two long tentacles alongside your arms. Starting at the shoulder blades the phantom limbs stretch a hand’s length further that your real arms. The next time you’re in the kitchen, imagine reaching out for things in cupboards and drawers with your new additions. Persevere and you’ll get a shock by the fact that you’ll actually begin to feel the phantom limbs!

Continue in this way to deeply impress upon your brain the ideas of your new absurdities. See if you can come up with at least one bizarre or illogical concept a day. Remember that absurdities lie in books, television, and in real life.

Zing Capsules

Pure essence of mind, or ‘first’, creates biological energy: fusion occurs in the sun between hydrogen atoms to make helium. Chemistry is spontaneous interaction, especially between atomic and molecular systems. A pure thought (latent energy) fuses with physical matter and is converted into biological energy. This biological energy I refer to as ‘zing capsules’. Absurdities induce fleets of these ‘zing capsules’ (atoms filled with biological energy) which zoom around the body distributing childlike energy at various destinations. As an absurdity in itself why not visualise these billions of ‘zing capsules’ charged with energy speeding around the body and brain?

Orange Snow Visualization

To make the most of visualization we need to open our mind and allow our imagination to wander through the garden of possibility. Do not differentiate between logic and illogical because in visualization we by-pass the nuts and bolts of the mechanical brain which allows us to enter that huge vast space of untapped intelligence. We are going to suspend time that creates the whole concept of ageing, and rediscover the childlike quality that keeps us young.

We are entering the magical world of visualization where all things are possible.

You wake up in the bedroom you slept in as a child. It is a school morning. Sit up in bed and stretch. Can you spot any of your toys, books, or dolls? Perhaps the wallpaper pattern, wall posters, or your bedspread is recognisable.  Get out of bed…  Put on your dressing gown and slippers. Walk over to the window and draw back the curtains. Rub a porthole in the condensation on the windowpane and peep through it to see outside…  You gasp in wonder at the sight of large fluffy snowflakes… and the snowflakes are orange! The rooftops with and smoking chimneys, gardens, coalbunkers and doorsteps lie hidden under twinkling, orange snow. You are extremely excited by this incredible orange wintry landscape. Wash and get dressed into your school uniform. Go to the breakfast room. Think back to this age and how the world around you looked huge. What you enjoyed to eat and drink for breakfast? Perhaps Scott’s porridge oats or hot milk with a sprinkling of sugar on crunchy cornflakes and a cup of tea… Spend a few moments reliving breakfast time as a child…

It is time to go to school. Dress in your winter coat, scarf, mittens, balaclava or bobble hat, and pull on your boots… don’t forget your satchel. Say goodbye to everyone and open the front door…a gust of wind blows fluffy orange snowflakes into the hall. Leave the house. Hear the crunching sound of your boots as they make footprints in the freshly fallen snow; the citrus smell of oranges is everywhere.  Walk to school in this silent fairy-tale world. On your way you recognise orange snowy shapes of abandoned cars, post boxes, pavements, and at the school gates, you view the school building as a massive orange ice sculpture. The sound of schoolchildren’s laughter fills the air as they build snowmen and throw orange snowballs through the air. The playground is a colourful mêlée of mittens, hats and scarves as the girls and boys play.  Enjoy this amazing sight.

The school whistle blows. You march in single file into the school Assembly hall. Colourful chunks of ice slide from children’s footwear onto the hall floor. The smell of orange mingles with the aroma of lavender floor polish. As you go through the school day, attending lessons, school dinner and playtimes, observe teachers and fellow pupils’ faces. Visualise the blackboard, chalk, wooden desks, and messy inkwells.

On your journey home enjoy splashing through orange slush. The inky-blue sky glitters with stars, and once again the orange snowflakes melt as they land on your dark coat.

You arrive home to a warm coal fire. Complete your homework and then play or watch television. The smell of dinner cooking on the stove teases your appetite. Maybe there is homemade soup, a stew, or bangers and mash…

At bedtime, undress and put on your pyjamas or nightie. Take a last look out of the window at the orange winter wonderland… close the curtains. Perhaps your mum or dad, or a guardian told you bedtime stories and tucked you up in bed with a hot water bottle?

   Drift off to sleep.

It is time to return to full waking consciousness. Take a deep breath and become aware of your physical body. When you feel ready open your eyes and gently stretch.

This sounds bizarre, but I even took items out of my freezer and held them to get a physical feeling of iciness, and then I tried to recreate that numbing feeling of iciness during my ‘Orange Snow’ visualisation.

A Day Trip Visualization

We are going into the magical world of visualization… allow your imagination to recreate the past.

Imagine waking up in your bedroom (one you slept in as a child), full of excitement; today is the day you are going on a trip to the seaside.  You smile and hop out of bed ready for the adventure. You hear the noise of everyone bustling about. You quickly get washed and dressed and go for breakfast. The chatter is all about the things you’ll need for the day. Your plastic bucket and spade, multi-coloured beach ball, your swimming costume and towel and anything else you need. You eat breakfast and gather your things together…  It is time to go.

Your journey begins with a ride on a steam locomotive, which chugs along the sunny countryside and through long dark tunnels and you hear the whistle blow at the stations… the smell of the engine and the steam is strong in your carriage. You are first to spot the sea. You are there! You can feel the sea breeze and smell the salty seaweed as the train hisses to a halt and all the carriage doors fly open and everyone gathers up their bags and hurries off the train… You arrive at the beach. It is ice cream weather!  Deckchairs are put up and towels are laid out on the warm sand… You hear summer songs playing on a transistor radio. A grown up rubs sun cream onto your face and body. The tide is out and you watch baby crabs playing in rock pools, collect pretty seashells and pebbles, and later, with your bucket and spade, you build sandcastles.  It is lunch time and the picnic begins… it’s full of goodies…there are jam sandwiches, and ham sandwiches and there are biscuits and crisps and a flask of tea and a bottle of pop. As you enjoy this feast squealing seagulls and distant waves makes you eager for more fun on the beach. You rush to join the other seated children as the punch & Judy show is about to start.  As the show goes on, the children shout out ‘he’s behind you’ and punch replies, ‘oh no he’s not’, ‘oh yes he is’… when the curtains close you go to the ice cream shop and buy a juicy lolly…

The tide is now coming in, and you run and splash through the gentle waves as you chase the beach ball. The sun is setting by the time you come back to your deckchairs and towels, everyone is packing up to leave the beach. You go to the noisy arcade and play on the machines, you like the Penny Falls and the One Arm Bandit where you win silver sixpences. On your way out you can’t help laughing with the Laughing Policemen. The bright lights now draw you to the fun of the fair. You have a ride on the Big Wheel, and you slide on a coconut mat down the Helter-Skelter.

You all meet up outside the Ghost Train and decide on fish and chips for dinner. Heading along the promenade the air is full of the smells of salt and vinegar and fish and chips frying. You sit on the sea wall eating your fish and chips with a buttered roll and a pickled onion out of the newspaper wrapping. It is time to go home and you head for the train station. Because you are tired, the rhythm of the train soon sends you to sleep. Back home, tucked in bed you drift off remembering the adventures of the day.

And now it is time to return to full waking consciousness… take a deep breath and become aware of your physical body once again… in your own time open your eyes and gently stretch.

Remember how you felt before, during, and after the ‘Day Trip’.  Acknowledging the feel of an inner zing capsule invasion (read in my boo will encourage you to want to go on other mind trips.

The Golden Waterfall

Why not getaway from all of your worldly trials and tribulations and enter your inner universe. Follow this little uplifting visualization to find healing and comfort.

I walk down a path lined with pine trees. Birds sing. Early morning mist seeps through the trees, giving sections of the scented path light and shade. I come to an iron gate, wet with morning dew. It creaks as I open it. I walk through a yellow wheat field with dancing feathery stalks of corn. I come to a lush green meadow. I remove my sandals and walk barefoot on the damp grass. I admire clover, daisies, and buttercups as I walk to the top of the meadow hill, and view the beyond. I walk on…
I come to a golden waterfall. Angels bathe in a turquoise pool bubbling at the foot of the waterfall. The sound of water and the feel of spray on my face greets me as I approach the golden waterfall. Steps lead down to the pool. I take them slowly, with two angels holding my hands. The water is warm. My body feels weightless and tingles all over. Angles play in the water, diving, splashing, and swimming below the surface. Two celestial beings fly me to the top of the waterfall. I admire the amazing view. The spiritual females hold my hands, and with open wings slowly glide me down the face of the falling water.
On my way, I see deceased loved ones smiling at me from behind the veil of gold. The angels return me to the turquoise pool. They tell me the pool has healing properties and swimming in the gifted water will heal me on all levels: spiritually, me, and physically. I enjoy some time in the pool. I say goodbye to the angels. I leave the pool and the waterfall and retrace the steps of my journey over the meadow, through the wheat field and back up the path lined with pine trees. In my own time, I return to the material plane.

The blue pool

The blue pool

Follow this visualization to find inner peace and harmony. Leave the external world for 10 minutes or so….

Is this visualization, I stand in a perfumed garden admiring flowers and plants that radiate every color of the rainbow. I follow the flight of two bright orange butterflies, walking on glistening grass through a beautiful pink and violet-flowered archway. Through the archway, I continue to stroll, with a blue river flowing beside me…
The butterflies bring me to a heavenly place where the blue river cascades into a large blue pool. Stepping stoned descend from the river bank to the pool. I gracefully float down over the stepping stones to the water’s edge. I emerge my body in the blue healing pool. A white swan glides on the water and a white dove flies overhead and tall pink flowers populate the banks. The overreaching branches of a River Birch shade the pool…
In the next vision I sit crossed-legged, with my eyes gentle shut, hovering a few inches above the surface of the majestic pool. Here in this celestial world, where I am safe and joyful, I enjoy the sound of the cascading water and the tranquility that surrounds me…

Ancient Inner Master

The Ancient Inner Master

It is so important to take a break from the material world. In visualization, as in dreams, all things are possible. Everything we do has been visualize beforehand. Therefore we can visualize and materialize our greatest wishes. In this short visualization I meet the father of my Inner Master (inner guide). Settle down in your private place, and when your breathing is smooth and deep, behind gently closed eyes, follow this story…

I met the vixen beside the flowing river. It was a scorching hot day. The fox showed me her new cubs. Stroking them was difficult because the brown furry cubs jumped about as they played. I walked alongside the glittering river. I hopped over some stepping stones, where the rippling icy water cascades over a small ridge and then continues its journey, to the other side of the riverbank. Two orange seahorses met me there. I mounted one of the seahorses and held on to its spiky neck. The water horses flew high in the air and over the wooden district. We seemed to fly for miles over fir tree populated woods and towards snow-tipped mountains in the far distance.
The seahorses descended, and soon we landed in the lowlands of the snow-tipped mountain regions. An old man with white hair and a long flowing white beard greeted me like I was his long lost friend. We sat beside a burning log fire. He spoke in mellifluous tones.
‘Hello, Robert. I am your Inner Master’s father. I am thrilled to see you.’
The ancient Inner Master’s body vibrated with a gold-violet surround. Regardless of old age he moved with feline grace. Ancient wisdom glowed in his chocolate colored eyes. His warm embrace melted me with the force of his unconditional love. I sat for a while with my Ancient Inner Master bathing in his powerful light and sipped chamomile tea with the scent of jasmine all around. When it was time, reluctantly, I said goodbye to my Ancient Inner Master. The orange seahorses returned. We flew over the dark-green woods and to the riverbank. The seahorse bowed and waited for me to dismount before they flew away across the deep reddish-purple sky. I hopped over the stepping stones and walked beside the glistening river to where I set out on my amazing journey. Before opening my eyes to the material world I recited my affirmation: ‘Inner Master, please guide me, mentally, physically, and spiritually’
